The Victron GlobalLink 520 connects supported VE.Direct and Bluetooth-enabled Victron products to the VRM portal using LTE-M cellular connectivity.

It includes a pre-installed prepaid SIM with five years of connectivity, allowing battery, solar and equipment data to be monitored remotely without a GX device. Two isolated VE.Direct ports support wired products, while compatible Smart devices and RuuviTag sensors can connect through Bluetooth. Two digital inputs and a remotely controllable relay provide additional monitoring and basic control.

Compatibility

Connects supported Victron products directly to VRM through VE.Direct or Bluetooth Instant Readout. Product compatibility and the data transmitted vary between connected devices.

Fitment / Wiring Note

Mount close to the equipment being monitored and connect to an 8–70V DC supply. VE.Direct cables are required for wired products and must be purchased separately. LTE-M network coverage must be available at the installation location.

What happens if I don't like it?

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

How fast is shipping?

Our usual lead time for 'Standard' products under 1m in length is between 2-4 business days, but can vary based on conditions out of our control.

For products over 1m in length, custom shipping is required and the expected lead time is between 2-6 business days.

What's the returns policy?

We offer a goodwill returns policy allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If the original packaging is missing or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
