The Victron BMV range provides accurate battery monitoring through a dedicated flush-mount display. Both models show battery voltage, current, consumed amp-hours, state of charge and estimated time remaining while storing useful historical data.

The BMV-712 Smart adds built-in Bluetooth for monitoring and configuration through VictronConnect, plus an auxiliary input for starter-battery voltage, midpoint or optional temperature monitoring. Select either the BMV-700 or BMV-712 Smart before ordering.

Compatibility

Suitable for battery systems operating within the supply-voltage range of the selected model. Battery capacity and monitoring settings must be configured correctly during installation.

Fitment / Wiring Note

Install the shunt in the battery-negative cable. All loads, chargers and charging sources must connect to the system side of the shunt so every current entering or leaving the battery is measured. The shunt must be installed in a dry location.

What happens if I don't like it?

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

How fast is shipping?

Our usual lead time for 'Standard' products under 1m in length is between 2-4 business days, but can vary based on conditions out of our control.

For products over 1m in length, custom shipping is required and the expected lead time is between 2-6 business days.

What's the returns policy?

We offer a goodwill returns policy allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If the original packaging is missing or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
