The Comet Florenz Folding Mixer Tap is a high-quality chrome-plated hot and cold water tap designed for campervans, motorhomes and caravan conversions. Its folding spout makes it ideal for compact sink and sink/hob combinations with folding glass lids, helping keep the worktop area clean and practical when the tap is not in use.

A popular choice for professional van converters, the Florenz features a ceramic cartridge for smooth control of water flow and temperature, along with a built-in microswitch for use with compatible 12V submersible or in-line water pumps.

The removable water aerator helps provide a cleaner water flow and can be removed for cleaning using the supplied tool. With 12mm John Guest push-in fittings and a 3 bar maximum pressure rating, this tap is well suited to campervan, caravan and motorhome fresh water systems.

Microswitch Wiring Guidance

For submersible or in-line pump systems, connect one microswitch wire to your fused +12V supply and the other wire to the +12V connection on your water pump. The microswitch acts as a simple on/off switch, so the wires can be connected either way round.

If using a pressure-switched water system, the tap can still be used, but the microswitch should be left disconnected.

What happens if I don't like it?

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

How fast is shipping?

Our usual lead time for 'Standard' products under 1m in length is between 2-4 business days, but can vary based on conditions out of our control.

For products over 1m in length, custom shipping is required and the expected lead time is between 2-6 business days.

We offer a goodwill returns policy allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If the original packaging is missing or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
