COMET FLORENZ - MIXER FOLDING TAP

This Florenz mixer water tap from Comet is a well-proven design with a high quality chrome-plated construction that will give many years of reliable service. Its folding spout makes it perfectly suited for use with campervan & motorhome sink and sink/hob combinations that have folding glass lids (e.g. SMEV 9222, SMEV 9722 etc.) and it's the 'go to' tap for many professional converters.

The tap body uses a ceramic cartridge for zero maintenance with fine control of water flow, and the built-in microswitch can be used to activate a submersible or in-line water pump from a 12V DC supply. The tap can also be used with in-line pumps that are operated via a pressure switch, and the microswitch should be left disconnected in this case. The spout features a water aerator that can be removed for cleaning using the supplied tool.

The Florenz can be fitted to a 34-40mm diameter tap hole and the cold water connection has a push-in fitting for 12mm John Guest semi-rigid tube.

Microswitch wiring instructions:
Connect one wire to your +12V fused battery supply and the other wire to the +12V connection of your water pump. It doesn't matter which way round the wires are connected.
