The Victron Orion XS 1400 is a high-performance smart DC-DC battery charger and power supply for 12V, 24V and mixed-voltage systems. Its wide input and output ranges support applications including 12V-to-12V, 12V-to-24V, 24V-to-12V and 24V-to-24V charging.

Built-in Bluetooth enables configuration and monitoring through VictronConnect, while VE.Direct supports integration with compatible Victron GX equipment. Adjustable current and programmable charging profiles make it suitable for professionally designed lead-acid and lithium battery systems.

What happens if I don't like it?

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

How fast is shipping?

Our usual lead time for 'Standard' products under 1m in length is between 2-4 business days, but can vary based on conditions out of our control.

For products over 1m in length, custom shipping is required and the expected lead time is between 2-6 business days.

What's the returns policy?

We offer a goodwill returns policy allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If the original packaging is missing or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
