The Thule Ford Transit Mk8 H3 Awning Adapter Kit is a premium mounting solution designed specifically for Ford Transit H3 models from 2014 onwards. Engineered for secure awning installation and improved vehicle coverage, this adapter kit allows compatible Thule 5200, 4200, and 4900 wall awnings to be fitted cleanly and securely to high-roof Transit models.

Designed for both Right-hand drive (RHD) and left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles, the bracket system improves awning positioning to provide greater coverage over the sliding side door area, helping reduce rain ingress whilst improving shelter during touring, camping, and campervan use.

The adapter system also improves compatibility with Thule Smart Panels and awning tent systems, making it ideal for campervan conversions, professional van builds, and touring vehicle setups. Optional EPDM sealing can also be added for a cleaner and more weather-resistant installation.

Supplied as a complete 3 bracket mounting kit, this adapter set is ideal for larger awning installations across Ford Transit L2, L3, and L4 vehicle lengths.

What happens if I don't like it?

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

How fast is shipping?

Our usual lead time for 'Standard' products under 1m in length is between 2-4 business days, but can vary based on conditions out of our control.

For products over 1m in length, custom shipping is required and the expected lead time is between 2-6 business days.

What's the returns policy?

We offer a goodwill returns policy allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If the original packaging is missing or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
