The Dometic FreshJet 3000 is a premium roof-mounted air conditioner and heat pump designed specifically for larger motorhomes, caravans and campervans over 7 metres in length. Combining powerful cooling performance, efficient heating capability and advanced inverter technology, it provides reliable climate control throughout every season.

Delivering 2516W of cooling power and 3107W of heating performance, the FreshJet 3000 helps maintain a comfortable interior environment whether you're touring in the height of summer or travelling during colder months. In addition to cooling and heating, the system can also dehumidify the air, helping reduce condensation and improve onboard comfort.

At the heart of the unit is Dometic's patented dual-cylinder inverter compressor, engineered to reduce vibration, minimise operating noise and improve efficiency. The low start-up current allows the system to start reliably even when electrical supply protection is limited.

What happens if I don't like it?

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

How fast is shipping?

Our usual lead time for 'Standard' products under 1m in length is between 2-4 business days, but can vary based on conditions out of our control.

For products over 1m in length, custom shipping is required and the expected lead time is between 2-6 business days.

What's the returns policy?

We offer a goodwill returns policy allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If the original packaging is missing or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
